OUR POLICY
At Kinks Digital, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailored designs that amplify your brand and tell your unique story. To ensure smooth collaboration and exceptional results, please review our design policy:
1. PROJECT SCOPE AND CONSULTATION
All design projects begin with a complimentary consultation
(if applicable) to discuss your goals, preferences, and deliverables.
The scope of work will be outlined in a detailed proposal, including timelines, deliverables, and costs. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quote and timeline adjustment.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment and/or a 50% deposit (on projects of a certain amount) is required to secure your booking and begin the design process.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files.

Payments can be made via online shop (services) and/or payable invoice (if sent an invoice). All payments are non-refundable.
3. REVISIONS
A revision is when a client wants to make changes to a design. Corrections/mistakes do not count as revisions.

Each design services includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee starting at $50 per round. All revision fees must be paid prior to revisions being made after the 2nd round.

Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving drafts.
4. TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround for initial drafts is 7-10 business days, depending on project complexity. Timelines can be much shorter depending on volume
of orders.

Rush services are available for specific services only. The rush fee MUST be paid at the time of the service.
5. FILE DELIVERY
Final design files will be delivered in industry-standard formats (e.g., JPG, PNG, PDF). Source files (AI, PSD) are available upon request.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must provide all necessary content, including text, images, and all related details before the project begins.

Delays in providing content may result in timeline adjustments.
7. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
Kinks Digital retains copyright to all designs until the final payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for your business.

Designs cannot be resold or altered without written permission.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If a project is canceled after the deposit is paid, no refunds will be issued. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be delivered at Kinks Digital's discretion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kinks Digital reserves the right to adjust timelines or reassign work as necessary.
9. COMMUNICATION
All communication will be conducted via email or scheduled calls. Business hours are from Tuesday - Thursday from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and response times are typically within 24-48 hours.
10. PORTFOLIO RIGHTS
Kinks Digital reserves the right to showcase completed designs in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. If confidentiality is required, please notify us via email at kinksdigital@gmail.com.
Once you purchase a service, you acknowledge this policy and are expected to adhere to it unless otherwise instructed by Kinks Digital.
